Founder and Lead Recruiter

Jonathan Kim is a U.S. Army Veteran where he served 6 ½ years and completed a 15-month tour in Iraq. During his service, he found a passion for working and training people and because of this he pursued a career in Human Resources and recruiting where he has been for the last 6 years. At Employ Talent Solutions we believe in finding a candidate that not only has the skills needed for a position, but also is a perfect fit for the company because every business greatest asset is their people. When a candidate fits the cultural ideology, business strategy and has the passion and skill set for their work longevity, results and productivity are created.

Jessica Kim
Director of Operations

Jessica Kim received her Bachelors in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton with a concentration on Entrepreneurship. Jessica’s passion has always been supporting small businesses grow and thrive so partnering with Employ Talent Solutions as the Director of Operations was right up her alley. Her background in accounting and operations has proven to be an asset not only to Employ, but also the companies we partner with. On her free time she enjoys volunteering for a local German Shepherd rescue, and spending time with her husband and Gerberian Shepsky.
